Sponsorship Agreement Terms

1. Package Deliverables

Sponsorship deliverables are based on the selected package listed on the main website or in the signed proposal/agreement. Final deliverables must be confirmed in writing before payment.

2. Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed, sponsorship may require advance payment to block inventory, milestone payments for production/media commitments, and balance payment before event date. GST is extra where applicable. TDS and statutory deductions must comply with Indian tax law.

3. Sponsor Assets and Approvals

Sponsor logos, brand guidelines, videos, creatives, ad files, and guest details must be submitted by the stated deadline. Inkrise retains quality, format, safety, reputation, and legal approval rights over sponsor creatives and may reject unsuitable materials.

4. Exclusivity and Transfer

Title Sponsor or category exclusivity applies only if expressly stated in the signed agreement. Sponsorship rights are non-transferable without written consent from Inkrise Productions LLP.

5. Cancellation and Force Majeure

Cancellation by sponsor may lead to forfeiture based on committed costs and event timeline. Force majeure events may lead to rescheduling, adjusted deliverables, credits, or alternate remedies as commercially reasonable.
