Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nomination Fees

If a nomination fee is introduced, it will generally be non-refundable after submission review begins, unless charged in error or required by law. Duplicate payments verified by us may be refunded.

2. Sponsorship Payments

Sponsorship payments are governed by the signed sponsorship agreement. After agreement signing, amounts are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated. Custom branding, printed material, confirmed vendor costs, media buys, creative work, and production work already executed are non-refundable.

3. Sponsor Cancellation Slabs

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise: cancellation more than 60 days before the event may allow up to 50% refund after deducting committed costs; 30-60 days may allow up to 25% refund after deductions; less than 30 days is generally non-refundable.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Inkrise

If we cancel the event and do not reschedule, eligible sponsors or nominees may receive remedies such as refund, credit, alternate visibility, or transfer to a future event, depending on the nature of payment and work already delivered. If the event is postponed, participation will generally transfer to the rescheduled date.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control including pandemic, natural disaster, government restriction, venue closure, strike, war, civil disturbance, internet/payment failure, or safety/security issue. Remedies may include rescheduling, credits, or adjusted deliverables.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing may take additional time. Taxes, payment gateway charges, TDS, GST adjustments, and bank fees may be deducted as applicable.
