Nomination Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Nominations may be submitted by individuals, organizations, institutions, representatives, or through self-nomination where the nominee has verifiable achievements relevant to the chosen category. We may request age, identity, authorization, or organization proof.

2. Documentation

Nominees may need to submit profiles, photographs, certificates, press links, portfolio links, business proof, social proof, testimonials, awards, media assets, and other supporting documents. Incomplete entries may be rejected.

3. Review and Jury

Nomination does not guarantee selection, shortlisting, invitation, media coverage, or an award. Inkrise may reject any nomination without explanation. Jury decisions are final and binding. Jury deliberations are confidential and will not be disclosed.

4. Verification and Disqualification

We may verify submitted information independently or through third parties. False, misleading, plagiarized, defamatory, unauthorized, or unverifiable submissions may be disqualified at any stage, including after announcement.

5. Promotional License

By submitting material, you grant Inkrise Productions LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the nominee's name, profile, photograph, brand, submitted achievements, quotes, and public material for event, media, magazine, digital, archival, and promotional purposes.
